With this post I am going to discuss our initial survey results regarding Money for iPad. The question of the survey was, whether or not you would like to buy the Money app for iPad.

Out of 20 opinions in our forum thread here, 2 people said that they would not buy Money for iPad, and 14 people said that they would buy it.

Money for iPad is getting ready

One person who said no, explained that iPhone is always available, while iPad is only available at home. The other person said that there can be no use of a financial application on an iPad.

People who said yes, explained it this way:

1. It is a good idea to have Money on an iPad because it is easy to add all the transaction to Money at the end of the day (1 person)
2. It is easier to see reports on an iPad (3 people)
3. It would be good to sync with iPhone data (2 people)
4. It is easier to enter data and easier to work with a bigger screen (4 people)
5. Just useful (4 people)

So, yes, we are working on porting the Money app specially to iPad. Apparently, we would like to be able to present it to all the iPad users as soon as possible. What we want to have there: improved reports, some new and updated features and a completely different interface.

I am planning to write other short posts about Money for iPad in the nearest future.
