This is not there at the moment, but we are planning to add it in the future. Currently you may choose a specific Friday and set a weekly periodicity for it.

So I just bought Budget for iPad and soooo disappointed at not being able to set up by own periods. My budget is bi-weekly and starts ever other Friday when I get paid. If I use the application as is, it throws off all of my numbers. For example, I can budget that my rent is $400 a month but then it's weird because the app doesn't apply it to the period where I will be paying it but rather to the calendar month. It's just very weird. Please tell me you are planning on enhancing this. This app would be perfect if you did. As it is, it's nice and all but not very practical.

I agree with Trevort. I love iBearMoney, but one of the most useful features was the custom budgeting. It worked so much better on the older version.

iBearMoney is a wonderful budget app. I'm using budget planner feature. In budget section Im choosing monthly. Then I choose start and finish date. Start date only 1 (first day of the month ) and finish date only 30/31(end date of monht).

I would like budget between 15 March/15 April. Please help me.

Ok, I got it. Talk to project manager again. We'll think about it, and more inquiries about that here would be worth it.

In the Budget view click on the date date bar directly below the title "PocketMoney" and choose Bi-Weekly, then click on the view button in the bottom right and set "Budget Start Date". Go back to your budget and you will now have a view based on two weeks from your start date.

I should add that any other Bi-weekly budgets are then based on that date. So you set a Paycheque income and it will start on the date as set above automatically.
