I can't get out of the last tab, which has the synch and password function. It's frozen in place. What do I do?

Just select another tab at bottom (transactions or budget) :)

No tabs appear. It's completely frozen up.

Try ending out of the app completely and going back in, to do this, press the home button, when you are back to your home screen, press the home button twice, this will breing up the app switcher. Tap and hold on Money, then press the red - sign when it shows, this will completely kill the program and you can go back in and try again.
