Here is the step by step instruction:
1.connect your device with computer;
2.click the device image;
3.on the app tab scroll down to File Sharing;
4. choose your program (Checkbook icon in the apps panel);
5. click the add button;
6. choose the necessary files (OFX);
7. open the program on the device;
8. go to the import form;
