I have been using Cash Flow HD for about 6 weeks, when I noticed that all of the totals in the graph were suddenly displaying zero, even though the categories showed the correct non-zero amounts. Even more of a problem is that no additional transactions can be entered now. There is no error when attempting to enter a new transaction, it just never appears in the register.
How do I go about getting this working again, because in it's current state it is worthless to me?

Many thanks. If it helps track this down, I was using Cash Flow Free first, and encountered the same issue. I originally assumed that the free version was capped at a certain number of transactions, but realized that was not the case when it happened in the paid version. I could also send you a data export if it would be useful--there is no sensitive data.

Ciao, io ho comprato Cashflow hd full version. Peccato che dopo un po' di operazioni non me ne fa inserire altre... È possibile risolvere il problema? (mi sa che vi siete dimenticati di togliere il blocco che c'è nella versione demo... La full deve essere illimitata!!!).

Please, explain the steps that cause to the error. Also if you can send us the screenshots (email [email protected]) it will help us greatly. We need this information to reproduce the bug and fix it
