   Sorry for the problem. Please provide additional details including the version number of iBearMoney which was previously installed on your device and your iPhone settings. The best way to do it is to fill out the following form: Contact us.

   I also have the same problem and I have already filled in the Contact Us form to you.

   My Case is...

   Device: iPhone 3GS
   iPhone OS version: 3.1.2
   Language: English (UK)
   Region Format: Chinese: Hong Kong SAR China

   I used to use your ibearmoney free version and everything is fine. When this morning App store told me that there is an update on ibearmoney free version, i clicked the update button and install the free version 4.0. Then I open the free version, waiting for the "continue" button appear. After around 8 seconds, the button appear. I clicked it but then the program crash itself.

   I don't know why this happened. I tried to uninstall and install the free version 4.0 again but it could not help. I feel frustrated and think it would be ok if I buy the full version. Then I buy the ibearmoney 4.0 product from App store and recover the backup of ibearmoney free version. When I clicked the recover button in ibearmoney 4.0, the full version crashed automatically too.

   However, if I create a new/blank account in ibearmoney 4.0, everything is ok. Could you please advise me why this happened?

   ibearmoney is a great app for me and I would like to use my current backup in your full version. It would be really appreciated if you could reply me at your earliest convenience (since now there are many transactions I am pending and cannot input into ibearmoney)!

   At the moment the problem is already solved. The next version (4.0.1) of the application will have necessary corrections.
   Now, if you have opportunity to enter the program, you can press More-> Settings and choose again the default value for transaction type (e.g., expense or income).

   Hi, I previously updated my paid version of iBearMoney from 2.... something to v.4.0.2
   Now, it crashes, what should I do?

    Hi, I was asked to send the backup of the app, but the problem is I could only get to the part that shows the bear mascot. And after that, the app closes and goes back to the iPhone main screen. So how could I do a backup if I couldn't even enter or reach the profile screen?
