   Hai There.

   I've been using iBearMoney for about 1 month, and it helps me much. All of my daily expense can be recorded and reported properly. Few minutes ago, I just inserted the acquittance of my credit card debts on the iBearMoney. But afterward, I cannot find that credit card's information on the liability balance tab. It disappeared. I honestly consider it is an odd, because I shall readd the same CC info on the balance when I have next transaction using that CC. Please let me know if you have already known this finding? I'd love to let the CC info stayed on the balance tab with zero debt.

   I really appreciate that iBearMoney have Indonesia language version. It's good but has much room for improvement. I hope in next version, the grammar is fixed and improved.

   There are two ways how you can work with monetary liabilities in the current version (4.0.2).
   1) "Discharge liability" transactions
   2) "Money transfer" transactions

   Use the first option with one-time liabilities you discharge (like Loans). After you discharged liabilities completely (the balance becomes equal to zero) they disappear from the list of your liabilities.
   Use the second option for credit cards. Here is a good explanation how to create money transfers.

   yavino...the same thing happened to me recently. I used discharge of liabilities when I paid off my credit card and then it disappeared. What I did was this...

   1. Go back to the transaction you originally entered as "Discharge Liabilities" and change the amount to $1. If you don't do this then you won't be able to do step 2 because there won't be an account to transfer to.
   2. Make a new transaction copying the original one but make this one a Money Transfer into the CC (which should now be there again) instead of a discharge.
   3. Go back to the original Discharge Liabilities transaction and Delete it. After this you should still have your CC in liabilities but with 0.00 balance.

   It looks like Discharge Liabilities should only be used for fixed loans like car and mortgage, but not for revolving accounts like Credit Cards and lines of credit. But since they are a liability by definition then they do belong in that category. The app just needs a better Help/Info button to define that better.

   I totally agree that this sort of info should not disappear even after you go to zero balance on your credit card. We are going to fix this issue in version 4.1

   In the meantime both Andrey's and Nootherids's suggestions apply.
