I haven't been able to find a post on this subject:
Is it at all possible to deduct a planned (automatic or not) expense from the Available Credit on a Credit Card Account BEFORE the date for the transaction arrives?
I don't know if this sounds odd but my Credit Card allows to make deferred transactions (which become the equivalent to automatic future transactions). These are deducted from my available credit up-front, but are not added to the balance owed until the date comes. I'd like to do the same in the App.
I think this is also useful (even if your bank does not do this) because once you PLAN an expense, you should consider the money "gone" from your available credit in a credit card (so that you actually have that amount available when the planned date comes).
