To the developers..
Would you consider enabling an option to disable icons on the agents list. In the iPhone 3G swiping trough the list is extremely laggy and it seems to me that the icons are the reason. I'm not saying it's not a good feature, just that the iPhone 3G can't handle it properly..if one could disable it, I'd appreciate it. More, it would be great to have some sort of letter index on the side of the agents list - similar to the one on the native contacts app of the iPhone, enabling us to quickly jump to an agent name by it's capital letter with our thumb, again, similar to the native contact list app of the iPhone...
