   How oh how do I delete categories I no longer want? I can't work it out. Most apps have an edit mode where this sort of thing is done.
   Would be really good if there was a dedicated category editor (and viewable as a tree).

   You should go to the category list and press on the icon for few seconds, then choose 'edit' in a list and then 'delete'. Thank you for your suggestion about "tree", we will consider it.
