Error when exporting to paid

I made a back up in a free version. And now I see it in a paid version. But I forgot my password, what should I do now? Is password Casesensetive? I almost sure i remember it, but it's not right. I believe I missed my email :(

I am so confused at this point after a month of dialogue, how can I talk to someone on real time online or by phone to rectify this issue?
