Failed to retrieve password through email

I want to upgrade from 4.0.9 to 5.0.2, but I forgot my password to my profile and the app says "The connection to the server was interrupted." when I tried to retrieve my password through email (and then it crashed). What should I do?

Try to recall your password. Also you can remove the app and install it again with a new password. Let me know if it helps.
