I have re-started this program now three times. First I had the free version. I bought version four and was unable to transport my data, so I had to re-enter EVERYTHING. Now I bought Money 5.
I have spent HOURS today trying to figure out how to get the data from Money 4 to Money 5. I have figured out how to safe the file as an ofx and get it into itunes. I finally figured out how to get it to show up on the app, but when I am in OFX import on Money 5 I'm getting the error "File Parse Error"
I have seen many people write that they are having the same problem, but I am not seeing any resolution to this error. I can not take the time to re-enter all of my accounts for the third time. Please advise me and for future reference, I will continue to buy your updates, but it needs to be much more user friendly to transport data between the updates.
Please advise.
