If the app generates auto-transactions for you it means that you still have planned transactions. Only the user can add planned transactions.
Please try setting up filter in the Planned transactions tab (set it for "Month" or "Custom") to see all planned transactions. Or you can simply rotate the device and use the calendar to find days with planned transactions (days with clock icons).
Here is an example. Let's say I created a monthly auto transaction starting January 2010. I receive payments every first day of the month. The first transaction was generated on January 1, 2010. The second one was generated on February 1, 2010. Today is February 22, 2010. If I open Planned transactions tab I see nothing because the filter shows todays date by default. I set filter to "Custom" and select "January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010). I see every planned transaction for 2010. The first planned transaction to show up in the filter will be dated March 1, 2010. I need to delete any of the list for this panned transactions.
