im using Microsoft Money since 2006 and i dont want to Loose my info, is there any way to import my data from Microsoft Money and use it in Ibear Money?

If it supports QFX file format you can import easily. You should get the files from your bank. Connect the device to computer, open iTunes and click the device image, on the app tab scroll till the shared files and choose your files, click the import button and choose the file. Open program on the device, goto the import form and click the import button. Follow instructions.
Also I'd like to note that the nearest updates will include more supported import formats.
