I have searched your forum and the user guide and still see no step-by-step directions for importing information into Money. I have downloaded the OFX file and can not figure out how to import it into Money on my iPad. Can you please provide step-by-step instructions on importing please. Most of the forum replies seem rather cryptic, details are greatly appreciated.

Connect your device with computer, click the device image, on the app tab scroll down the shared files area, choose your program, click the import button and choose the necessary file. After this, open the program on the device, goto the import form and click the import button. Follow the instructions on each step.

I too shared the very same frustration w/understanding the import process because I have No IT experience. However, I did manage to figure it out. Ok, here goes..,
Step-By-Step Instructions on Importing OFX Files
1. Connect your device to Computer (iPhone or iPad)
2. iTunes program should open automatically, if not open it.
3. Within the iTunes program scroll down to Devices (iPhone or iPad icon will show there) - Click on your icon.
4. The screen on the right will show your device. The Top Toolbar will be the headings Summary, Info, Apps.., etc. - Click Apps
5. Headings will show in Bold Print - Sync Apps (Your Device) iPad or iPhone
6. Scroll further down and you will see File Sharing in Bold Print - Click the App that you want to share to
(in this case it will be Money) - Click It.7. Next Look to your Right and see Heading.., Money Documents, at this point it should just be shaded boxes for now. At the bottom is the Add... button. Click it.
8. This will take you to where you have downloaded the OFX Document on your computer, the one you want to import into the Money App. Once located, highlight it and click open. This will transfer it into the Money Documents block within iTunes (The previously shaded area).
9. Go to the Money App on your device (iPhone or iPad) - Click the Tools Icon at the bottom of the App.
10. Click Import Icon/image Your OFX Doc will show there as a, i.e. "Money 001.ofx" (Are whatever you named your file) - Click It
11. When asked for the Account that you want to transfer it into, Identify that account from the selection that your created in The Money App.
12. Check the box at the bottom "Select All" - Click Import at the top and Transactions will import it into, The Money App. Click close tab and view your transaction via the "Transaction Icon" at the bottom of screen within The Money App.
Your Done!
Hopefully, This will be helpful for those of us that need just a few more details to get up and running. After that if you are successful maybe you might consider Rating the App if you wish. just in case you are wondering, I am by no means affiliated with the developers of this App, I just simply like the fact that I can take care of all my money matters in one place.
