Hi
I started using Money free and bought the full version. I'd like to move all the transactions I've insert in free apps to the full version but I can't understand how
I've looked for it in the forum without find any help
How can I?

You should update both apps (free and paid) and export data using backups. Let me know if your issue is solved.

Thank you for you replay but, I' m sorry, it isn't so clear for me
I could understand how to access to the backup of free version through iTunes
Following your suggest I've to take the backup from free version and put it to the payed one, isn't it?
So it's necessesary to use iTunes
Could you give me a tutorial?

Yes, correct, you should have a backup from a free version and export it to a paid one. To create a backup file go to the program to the backup section and click "create" there. Than get backup from iTunes. Let me know if you have other questions.
