A few people have asked so I am posting this, maybe it can be made into a How-To so others can find it to:
In Money 5 to change or update currency;
Just start any transaction like normal, Choose your account then press the > on the far right side of the Amount field. This will take you to the Currency page.
On this page you can do your currency conversions, as well you can update the conversion rates by first tapping on your currency then hitting the Sync button in the top right hand corner.
If you click on a currency you have the option of adding a currency to your favorites or setting it as the default currency.
