OFX import file is empty

Does anyone know why an OFX file would be empty? I'm connecting just fine, seeing the file just fine, but when I bring the file into Money, there's no transactions in it. I confirmed transactions took place during the selected time period but they are not appearing in Money.

Can anyone help?

Please, check if the period is set correctly. Also, open the file with text editor program and have a look if contains any transaction. If it doesn't help, send us the file by email [email protected]
