I am able to import the ofx file using the http server. When I try to open the file though it says "file parse error." I tried using files with many transactions as well as files with very few. Any ideas what is causing this?

I'm having the exact same problem as ealberts82. I needed to restore my my iphone. Now that I want to restore the data via the OFX import it just gives me a file parse error.

I am also having this error, please help. Also, why is it whenever you send updates, and I update Money for iphone, all my data gets erased and I have to start from scratch?

Hello, regarding OFX - our support shall write you shortly. Regarding the update - this is not a standard situation. Please explain, which version of Money you were updating when this happened, and how you performed the update.

It was the last two upgrades that cause this. I deleted the app from my phone and computer and redownloaded it, so until the next update, I won't know if this fixed the issue.

Sorry, I forgot to explain how I performed the update: I did it the standard way, updated from the application store on my iPhone....

do you mean that you updated from the application store after you deleted the app, or the app was actually in the phone at the moment when you were updating it?

Both times, I updated the app, which was currently on my phone at the time, from the app store. After the last time, I just decided to delete the app entirely, from both my pc and iphone, and reinstall it. And now, I am waiting to see why I can't import my saved data because I got the "file parse error".
