Hello again. There are still several things that I don't understand. Let me say them again to make sure that I understand everything:
- you updated the app 2 times using your iPhone App Store. Both time the app was on the phone with the data, you tapped "update" from the phone, and both times your data got erased. Is this correct?
- the third time you saved your data, and now trying to install it back, getting a message "file parse error". Is this correct?
Just a guess about the first statement: possibly you are logging in another profile.
Regarding the second statement: if you install the app back from a backup, it cannot tell you "file parse error" because backups do not do this. Possibly, you are trying to install a backup file through OFX import (which will give you the parse error). When you saved the data, how did you do it?
If you created a backup in a standard way, then this article should explain how you need to install it back.
