I spent 6 hours organizing an entire year of transactions in my business account that I imported in from an ofx file. Then today I tried to import an ofx file for our family account and all of the transactions got mixed together and the balances for all my accounts are screwed up. I REALLY don't want to start over, especially if this keeps happening. How do I delete the family account files from my business account? When I imported them I imported them into the family account but it went into the business account. Please help!

MemberI just reimported everything again. I think I figured out what was happening and would be glad to explain it to you if you're interested. But now when I sync between my iPhone and iPad the balances a WAY off? What is going on? I feel like I'm wasting my time with this app. I was sure that this was the best app after reading the reviews but I'm really frustrated. Please tell me how to fix this problem so that both the iPad and iPhone are identical. Thx.

Sorry for the delay.
As for the sync, you should sync using bluetooth. Also try to reboot the devices before the sync.Here is the instruction for OFX/QFX files import:
1.connect your device with computer,
2.click the device image,
3.on the app tab scroll down the shared files area,
4. choose your program,
5. click the import button,
6. choose the necessary files,
7. open the program on the device,
8. goto the import form,
9. click the import button.You said that you figured out to what was happening,could you tell me more details, please? We will check the issue and fix.
