   I can log in, but I can't do anything. I can't put new transactions; I can't see the balance. Every time I touch the screen to do something (like see balance), it will log out immediately without any warnings. I tried it many times, all is the same.

   This is not happen to me the first time. I happened few times, every time I thought I did something wrong so I create a new profile, put all the details again, and after fews day this problem happened.

   Please help me, I really fed up to create another profile and put all the information again.

   Hello. Sorry that you had to create new profiles. My first estimation is that the issue is related to Planned Transactions, which have shown inconsistency with some users in version 4.0.2. We have already fixed this issue for the next version, but you do not need to wait until then. Our Support specialist will email you a direct message, which you shall get in 10 minutes. If you don't, please let me know (that would mean that your spam filters block it).
