How do I reset money for ipad? I want to start fresh again.

You can delete the app from your iPad completely and download it from the App Store again. Secondary download will be free if you use the same account. To delete the app, go to the home screen, tap the app's icon and hold it down for 3 seconds - you will see that the icons started trembling and got X marks on their corners. Tap the x mark on the Money app, and it will be deleted.
